Very poor reception if you're not a regular customer, and they refuse to carry out repairs, implying that they would have taken your vehicle if you came at least once a year.
It's true that when it comes to wear and tear, I take my vehicles to places where the rates are more attractive, which doesn't make me a bad customer, just a budget-conscious one, especially given the current economic climate.
