Be very careful if you go to this garage, there is a difference between the quote and the invoice. This garage allows things to be done to your car without you having asked for it. I came for a DPF warning light, I was charged in addition for the windshield washer 🤷♀️ and administration fees not announced at the time of the quote following the payment in 4 installments that I had warned. On the phone afterwards, someone who doesn't care, no questioning. I do not recommend it at all, very disappointed

Head gasket failure, first quote €2500. Then, they added €1000 worth of parts without informing us (supposedly a product added to the coolant, and they already had the invoices for the added parts). I love this garage; they don't care about their customers once the car is repaired, they don't reply to emails (also claiming they don't have time). The problems with them lasted a month and a half. And they have the nerve to tell us we're not being nice. We had to go to the Renault Le Mans branch to diagnose and repair the noise problem we had explained to Renault La Milesse. There's no way to communicate with them when there are problems because it's never their fault.

To be avoided, they don't respect bodywork repair deadlines following an accident.
The garage is postponing every two weeks. This has been going on for three months. They should have told us they were overloaded or short-staffed, but no, they prefer to make promises they don't keep.
