Incredible service and professionalism: you feel like a celebrity, the customer focus is paramount for the team from the very beginning of the transaction (special mention to my advisor, Valentin)
and the execution was flawless.
The respect for the terms, the commitment, and the presentation of the vehicle are premium.
Even though it was a low-budget used car for me, I received the same treatment as I would for a brand-new, high-end sedan.
This encourages me to use their 5-star service again next time, even though I live 400 km away!

Avoid at all costs. Five years of dealing with all sorts of technical problems supposedly "checked" by their technical department. Of course, even with the maximum warranty, some slip through the net. A recent discovery: they forget to provide a certificate and then demand €220 to resend it.
In short, a well-oiled money-making machine. I chose to buy from a dealership to avoid the scams on Leboncoin... how ironic.

Having had a flat tire, my insurance contacted the garage for a breakdown service. The person I spoke to was very helpful and gave good advice. I was supposed to have my car repaired elsewhere, but whether at reception or at the workshop, I only encountered kind and friendly people. So I decided to have it repaired there even though returning the vehicle took longer. You feel like you can trust them. Returning the vehicle went more than smoothly, with the delivery of a document showing full control of the vehicle. Thank you
