Arrived in store in a bit of a panic as we had a warning light on and needed to drive another 3 hours for the ferry. Mr Fish was extremely helpful and proactive. He reassured us that they would see us straight away. The mechanic looked at the problem within minutes of being there. Whilst he looked we were offered a coffee. Problem solved within 15 minutes. He was so helpful and we are very grateful to him and the mechanic. Fantastic service.

For convenience, I chose this insurance-approved garage after a collision with an animal.
A 5-star rating would have been deserved for the quality of the work.
However, I found an emergency video that triggered on my dashcam. It activates after a sudden movement of the vehicle.
Here's what you can hear (in summary):
- If I had the means, I would have taken the corner at full speed, risking damage to the car.
- Another person replies, "I've done it before, I hit the pole."
- With automatic transmissions, I put it in sixth gear and accelerate fully so the engine revs up when the transmission downshifts.
- In a 2 Series, while accelerating through the garage, I scraped the bumper.
I didn't say anything; it was just scratched underneath, it wasn't visible.
Finally, he accelerates and revs my cold car in the garage.
I'm only sharing this part of the video to protect privacy.
Don't forget to turn on the sound.
Therefore, I believe that if you have a powerful or unusual vehicle, this garage should be avoided.
If you have a choice of authorized garages, I suggest choosing another one.
