I broke down not far from this garage on December 6th. I had my vehicle towed there. On Monday the 8th, I went to see him to explain the problem. On Tuesday afternoon, since he still hadn't looked at the vehicle, I went back to the garage and he plugged in the diagnostic tool, which showed a problem. He explained what it was and told me he would order the part. I'll spare you the details... by Friday at 4 pm, he still hadn't received the part. I was away for two weeks. On the 24th at 12:10 pm, he emailed me to say he would send me a quote in early January.
On January 5th, I went to the garage, very angry because he still hadn't touched my vehicle after a month. I asked him to do it by Friday the 9th, but he replied that he wouldn't be able to take care of it before January 23rd. I had my vehicle towed to another garage, which repaired it in three days. So, a word of advice: if you break down in the area of this garage... absolutely avoid it.
