I've been a customer for about 3 years, with 2 vehicles. Strangely, after each repair, a new problem arises. For example: I changed the front shock absorbers, then, after 15 km, the brake hose burst.
At the checkout, I wrote a check (for the second repair) asking to cash it next month. It was cashed the next day, 25 days early!! They won't see me again.

My car breaks down, they do a diagnosis and I am told that the timing belt needs to be changed, so I ask the price and I am given a range of 500 to 600€ for the change, without a quote or anything, I accept... 1 week and a half later I am called to tell me that it is ready, and I am asked for the final sum of 1317€ for the change of other parts in addition! No one called me to warn me or to ask my opinion, no one explained why or even provided me with a quote! Abused! And I don't even want to question the honesty of this change of additional parts... more than 2 times the initial price announced how would they have managed if I had not been able to pay! I strongly advise against this garage!

1h30 to change two rear tires. The price over the phone is €15, then on the website it's €18 including tax per tire. In the end, the bill comes to €38.40 because the prices changed with a somewhat far-fetched explanation...

Extremely disappointed with this garage. The customer service was terrible, both on the phone and at the garage itself.
I got my car back damaged: a brand new tire with an Ernie that, of course, blew out on the way home, a scratched door and rear fender, not to mention the unbearable smell of gasoline in the cabin, and two hubcaps missing.
All this for a fuel system flush... The price went from €200 to almost €800! I strongly advise against using this garage.
I'm giving it one star for the review, but even one is too much.

A customer for years, very disappointed with the person who welcomes you, lacks respect. She speaks to you very badly! Too bad for the manager, I liked this garage.
