I contacted Nourian Garage following a letter announcing the immobilization of my vehicle with Takata airbags.
The team was kind and helpful, and they offered me a temporary solution so I could drive my vehicle safely. After a month and a half of waiting, the airbag in my DS4 was replaced. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏻
While I didn't get any answers or solutions from the Takata crisis unit, you were excellent!

lamentable welcome from a Mr. Nourian who presents himself as Manager how this person claims to be professional while welcoming customers in a very rude manner, I do not recommend this garage...

After our visit regarding a broken windshield wiper stalk, we went to this garage to see what they could potentially do for us. An employee came to see what he could do. He explained that he couldn't do anything within our timeframe and directed us to another garage. While he was giving us the directions, his boss started yelling at him, saying there was work to be done, and ordered us to leave, also shouting at us and making a rather inappropriate hand gesture. We found this unacceptable, as we are, after all, customers! In short, thank you to the employee for his kindness, but I do not recommend this garage due to the owner's behavior towards his employees and us!

Very professional, very serious. Oil light on, they serviced the car urgently and adjusted the oil level. I didn't have to pay because the service was recent (4 months) and will check the level in 10 days.
