Efficient, fast, and honest. We were towed and the repair was done the same day. The gentleman even picked up my father-in-law from the car rental company and took him back to the garage. I recommend them. Thank you.

A very helpful and efficient mechanic. He effectively repaired a tire that had supposedly been repaired by my usual garage in Chartres, which had actually damaged it… I went back for bodywork and he kindly fixed it for me right away. A real gem!

Well, very bad experience with this mechanic who had to come and help my boyfriend, some friends, and me after a rather serious accident.
He showed no respect for the vehicle because, supposedly, "it's already a wreck." He even put the bumper of our vehicle on the back of his tow truck.
The man also refused to take it where we wanted it, knowing that we had agreed with the insurance company and the police who were on site.
When we left, the man decided not to follow us. My boyfriend received a call saying, "I don't give a damn, I'm not taking it back to Aurillac." He was waiting for us at another location, so we joined him and talked to the police to get him to follow us. This man then demanded €330 for the repair. The insurance money must not have been enough for him, so we suspected we were bothering him during our drinks. Very arrogant, dishonest and a crook, that's a lot of faults for a mechanic who has a very bad reputation.

Very bad experience after towing, winching, disrespectful towards the vehicle, I quote (it's already a wreck, so good). The gentleman allows himself to damage the vehicle even more (placing the rear PC against the angle of the tow truck), tearing off the diffuser, and so on. The gentleman doesn't want to take the vehicle to the garage I want because it's too far away (~15km), even though it was agreed with my insurance company. So the gentleman asks for €330 in cash. A hint of an aperitif before coming (I really thought he was going to crash with the tow truck). Tells me he doesn't give a damn, he won't bring it to Aurillac. And so on... worst experience possible. I'll remain polite and not insult the gentleman. His already very bad reputation takes care of itself.
