Excellent garage – friendly and professional team.
This morning, on my way to La Mure, my Mercedes Vito overheated and a hose came loose. The tow truck driver responded quickly and brought me back to the garage. Once there, I was asked to wait in the waiting room while he checked to see if he could fix it.
There were several theories about the cause of the problem, but in the end, it was just a loose hose, which had caused the overheating. The mechanic reattached it correctly and topped up the coolant.
I sincerely thank the team and the staff for their excellent communication, especially since I also had a problem with my phone battery. Everything was perfect. A big thank you to the mechanic, who was very kind and helpful, and who found a solution so I could get back to Grenoble. Excellent service, excellent garage, friendly and professional staff. I took a look around the place: the prices for mechanical work are very reasonable. Both the receptionists and the sales staff are very friendly.

I needed them for roadside assistance and a repair (a broken brake hose...). In half a day, they were able to get my vehicle back on the road, order the part they needed, and repair it right away! Well done to them, we'll be able to go home tomorrow morning (it was the last day of our vacation...).

A few months after needing a tow due to a flat tire, I wanted to share my experience with this garage.
I'll keep it brief.
First, the tow went very smoothly; I have no complaints there.
During the trip, the person in charge of the breakdown service told me it would cost €150 per tire. This seemed excessive, but for this type of situation, I agreed.
Once I arrived at the garage, the price dropped to €75 each.
A few days later, a warning light came on indicating that my front right tire was underinflated.
Since the end of May 2025, I've been driving with a faulty tire that keeps losing air.
Living almost an hour's drive from this garage, I haven't contacted them again; however, I feel it's essential to share this experience.

Following a breakdown, I took my vehicle to this garage for repairs. I signed the estimate, which indicated a specific amount. When I picked up the vehicle, additional parts had been replaced without my prior consent or contact, and the final bill was an additional €500 for a part worth €50 at most.
I would like to point out that I am keeping all supporting documents (signed estimate, invoice, proof of payment) and that I plan to contact the consumer ombudsman and the DGCCRF (General Directorate of Consumer Affairs) if the garage does not reimburse the amount corresponding to the unauthorized work.
(I am publishing this review for the sake of factual information—I remain available for any constructive discussion to find a resolution.)

An odious breakdown service provider, responding to an insurance claim, made indecent remarks, stated things about your vehicle that he knew nothing about, complained about being too busy due to the weather conditions, and had a child operate the winch to load the vehicle onto the flatbed. Luckily, we can't leave a more negative review...
