Following a traffic accident, my vehicle was taken to Garage de la Haie. I 100% recommend this garage if you need bodywork repairs. The work done is fantastic! The sales department was very welcoming and kept me informed of the progress of the work.

We left our car on November 10, 2025, for a front door replacement on a Renault Captur after hitting a public bollard. The result: Impeccable! The car repair was carried out with great professionalism. We highly recommend them.

I dropped my car off at the La Haie garage in Mére, in the 78 department, due to an engine vibration problem. Unfortunately, the repair went poorly. The garage replaced parts without informing me during the troubleshooting. The estimate provided for the final repair was much higher than other garages, with parts billed two to three times more. I refused the estimate and took the vehicle back as is. I towed my vehicle home.
I then noticed that the engine underbody hadn't been reinstalled. After searching, the garage found the part but refused to reinstall it. The manager also told me, "I don't care, you come get the part or I'll throw it away."
I got the part back and will reinstall it myself.
In short, this experience was disappointing both financially and technically. Communication there is deplorable. I do not recommend this garage because it lacks transparency and professionalism.
