Client depuis plus de 10 ans, je suis TOTALEMENT SATISFAIT de l'ensemble des prestations.
En particulier, Paul est un mécanicien (formé sur place) TRES EXPÉRIMENTÉ et TRES COMPÉTENT. De plus, il donne toujours des bons conseils et même, si nécessaire, des explications détaillées au client concernant un problème mécanique.
D'autre part, la ponctualité est toujours respectée et les prix sont COMPÉTITIFS !!!
Enfin, l'accueil, que ce soit au téléphone ou sur place, est excellent !!!
Tout est PARFAIT !!!

The company's school transport service is declining: there are increasingly frequent delays in the mornings between Neuf Berquin and the schools in Merville! This is unacceptable, especially during exam periods! We pay for a transport pass that isn't being used, and we end up wasting our own gas to drive our children to school ourselves to be on time!

Not recommended. The welcome was terrible; you feel like you're bothering them. Just keep walking. Plus, they advise you to go somewhere else if you're not happy.

Good feedback, unfortunately I'm leaving with the same problem because Citroën no longer manufactures the part. But I'm leaving with some solutions and the feeling that they did their best. Thank you.
