Passer ce matin pour un soucis maj écran tactile, j’avais plus les fonctions de réglage chauffage etc
Le patron m’a pris en charge et m’a prêter une voiture de courtoisie.
Retour à 11h30 pour récupérer ma voiture après fait une maj Softwares.
Très réactif pour un 31/12/25.
Félicitations à ce garage, je le conseil fortement.

The owner inspired confidence in us at first sight, and his advice (replacing a particular part with a second-hand one rather than an original part, for example) and the prices he charges (nothing magical, but no abuse) confirm this first impression. The welcome and administration are smiling and even warm, and the same spirit clearly reigns within the workshop. Since our first visit last year, this garage has been servicing and repairing our Peugeots (and the cars of all makes belonging to some of our friends) brilliantly and on time. This excellent garage is called Champagne and in our opinion, it deserves its name.

Excellent garage, very welcoming, efficient, and quick. After a flat tire, I urgently ordered two new tires. I called them Wednesday at 8 a.m., they saw me immediately, and I picked up my car two hours later. A big thank you to this dynamic and courteous garage.

I contacted this authorized Citroën center to arrange an appointment regarding the mandatory recall of Takata airbags, classified by the authorities as presenting a serious and immediate danger.
Despite my efforts, no recall or offer of compensation was received, and I have now received an official letter ordering me to stop driving my vehicle.
Such inaction, in the face of a safety obligation that falls under the manufacturer and its authorized representatives, constitutes a serious breach of their duty of care and their legal obligations regarding road safety and consumer protection.
I therefore urge all potential customers to exercise the utmost caution with this establishment, whose failure to respond to a proven dangerous situation reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility incompatible with public safety requirements.
