Very warm welcome for the purchase of a car, very good salesman and impeccable service.
As for after-sales service, ZERO!! Several calls and messages left and never returned. Even though we insisted.
The instructions for our car were supposedly ordered but never received... we're still waiting.
In short, very helpful for the sale but no one for after-sales service anymore.

I made an appointment by phone yesterday (31/01/23) for a service of my vehicle and the appointment was set for the next day at 2 p.m., so today. I dropped my car off after work and the mechanic did his job perfectly on my Dacia Sandero. I left very satisfied, a big thank you Renault Moissac. I recommend 1000%

Friendly and very professional, both at the service station and in the workshop. Mr. Rougé, the manager, is always available to answer your questions or help you purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend him!
