Going back to Denmark after a vacation stay in the St. Thomé area. Picked up a small piece of metal debris just outside Montelimar which prompted a tire pressure warning for the right hand front tire. Limped back to Montelimar and spoke to these guys (and girls) who had the tire patched up and us back on the road within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your help.

Great. They were lovely, professional and attentive to my need. They even did a bit of tidy up in my boot while resetting the spare wheel.

Unprofessionalism!
My appointment was for a service (oil change and filters) and brake fluid flush.
During the service, a large quantity of brake fluid overflowed under the hood, to the point that the mechanic had to spread sawdust on the floor. The explanation given ("thread too short") does not justify such an overflow. A thread problem would have resulted in only a slight overflow, not a massive drain. This incident raises serious questions about the technical competence and the rigor of the procedures followed!
Furthermore, after the software update, a parking light bulb burned out. I discovered this myself when I picked up the vehicle. I went back to the auto center to request a replacement. I was told they didn't have time. I think a reputable auto center would have informed me and offered a solution.
In summary,
- no customer service: no time to change a lightbulb, which wasn't burned out when I dropped off the vehicle
- very mediocre competence on a vital safety procedure like bleeding the brake fluid
One question: brake fluid is extremely corrosive, so when it leaks everywhere under the hood, what components could have been damaged? Hoses? Tires?
