Very helpful indeed. Replaced tailgate glass after my car hit by a reversing tractor trailer in a supermarket car park. Did it within 2 working days during a heat wave. Rented me a vehicle whilst car in garage. Didn’t charge for it. Helpful staff.

Highly recommend ++++ puncture on my Tesla I called 5 garages who all refused without question. This garage told me to come right away to see if they could put a wick in even though I was 20 minutes away from closing time. 15 minutes later the problem was solved and everyone was smiling. Very rare these days I thank them very much!!!

I strongly advise against this garage.
This is the second time they've taken the initiative to make repairs without informing me in advance, and this time, I've ended up with a bill for over €200 without my consent.
They even straightened the sheet metal with pliers, without any protection, at the risk of damaging the bodywork even further.
Frankly, I wonder if they're a team of amateurs or if there's a real lack of professionalism.
In any case, I'll never set foot in this garage again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Following a repair to the front axle, the wheel alignment was poorly executed. Two tires were abnormally worn after only 25,000 km, and this wasn't covered under warranty. The defects were very obvious, but they weren't noticed during the oil change on October 11, 2024.
After this service, the tire pressure was apparently not checked either (contrary to the response I received to my inquiry), since the front left tire was underinflated a month later. The stabilizer bar link failed after eight months and was replaced under warranty (thankfully!) after they threatened to do nothing if I insisted on the tires.
Finally, the wheel alignment was redone with the worn tires! I'll have to get it done again when I change the tires, at a different garage!
Following the garage's response, I should mention that I had a diagnostic check done at Norauto on December 5, 2024, which stated: tires need replacing, internal wear needs addressing. Like what...
