I urgently dropped off my Citroën C5 due to an illuminated AdBlue warning light. They were kind enough to fit me into their already busy schedule and also lent me a car.
When I returned to pick up my car, they gave me clear explanations of the work they had done.
I received an excellent welcome. They were even kind enough to vacuum the interior.
I highly recommend this garage. Thank you so much for the quality of their service. True professionals!

We took our Citroën C4 to this garage because it wouldn't start.
After an initial diagnosis, then a second, the garage couldn't find the problem and asked us for an additional €900 to continue their investigation. After several weeks of waiting, we were told that repairs would cost nearly €7,000 (€3,000 already spent and an estimated €4,000) with no guarantee that the car would even start again.
Faced with this response, we refused and went to a small local garage which, in just 15 days, found the problem and repaired the vehicle for less than €1,000.
We are therefore very disappointed with the follow-up, professionalism, and transparency of this garage. We paid €900 for absolutely no results.

Excellent service and appointment scheduling! Especially since I was on a tight schedule before leaving for vacation!! I received a detailed quote and all my questions were answered. I dropped off my car at 8:00 AM and picked it up at 5:00 PM. Thank you to the mechanic and the team!!!

A C3 II for a full service.
That is to say, oil change, filters, etc.
They added the timing belt, which definitely needed replacing as it was over 10 years old and had 150,000 km on it.
The estimate for everything was €1802... In the end, just the service cost us €630.
Last time going there.
I think they're clearly inflating their prices. Never again.

AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!
I dropped off my vehicle (a 2019 C3) for a preventative timing chain replacement. The garage called me back two days later to tell me my engine was shot. To top it all off, they returned the vehicle with the engine completely disassembled. Do not trust them under any circumstances; they are incompetent mechanics!
Hello, Following up on your response, I wanted to clarify that after picking up my vehicle, I was able to take it to another garage that carried out the necessary repairs for less than €500. I was able to get my vehicle back running with an engine that is not at all shot, as you pointed out. I would like to add that some screws were broken and then glued during your work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
