Bad experience. My car was dropped off the first time "broken down, wouldn't start," and the diagnosis was a weak battery. A week later, the car broke down again. Half-day after half-day passed, and my hopes of getting it serviced dwindled. Each time, a new broken promise. It seems several "mechanics" resigned at the same time. I was allowed to take my broken-down car back because the garage supposedly couldn't handle it. In the end, I retrieved my car and took it to the Renault garage in Horbourg-Wihr. Needless to say, the diagnosis at this new garage was made in less than thirty seconds, and the car was repaired within a week. AD Garage FUCHS in Muntzenheim: lies and incompetence when it comes to engine repairs. However, they're perfect for a tire change and/or a slow leak.
I'm just joining the many customers who have recently abandoned this establishment. It's a shame; I had faith in them. But given the rumors, I hope they continue to thrive. It's not a done deal.
