Following a problem with the hook that holds the brake cable under my vehicle, I went to the Renault garage – Mont Valérien Automobiles. I received an extremely warm welcome! The mechanic immediately took the time to examine the problem, efficiently repaired it, and demonstrated impeccable professionalism.
In addition to being competent, he was very kind. Truly excellent service, the kind we wish we saw more often! I highly recommend this garage.

I'm delighted with the bodywork done by this garage. I had a broken taillight and several touch-ups that needed doing. I wanted to keep costs down on this car, which is over 10 years old. They did a great job, with a few extra touches thrown in for good measure.

I've been a customer of this garage for many years and can't recommend their services highly enough! The team is professional, extremely available, and responsive. They're very careful to carry out repairs as quickly as possible to minimize the downtime of my vehicle! Their prices are very fair and they don't try to upsell you! The welcome is very friendly and warm! They always give good advice, and frankly, I have complete confidence in them! I highly recommend them. Thank you to the whole team!

Exhaust mounts were replaced unnecessarily; the noise was coming from somewhere else. Instead of deciding not to replace the exhaust mounts, which didn't appear to be faulty, they replaced them anyway and charged me for it, only to tell me that the problem wasn't there after all.
Also, once I arrived, I was given two quotes with a €20 difference. To determine the price, the "manager" on the phone asked if the customer was male or female... It's unbelievable but true: in 2023, they're still charging based on who they are—it's appalling. They charged me 0.5 for labor to inflate the price, when it should have been 0.3. When I realized I'd been tricked, the woman handling my case haughtily told me, "Don't get your hopes up," even though she knew perfectly well what her colleague had just told her on the phone—especially since their conversation was clearly audible! As a woman, I strongly advise against going to this garage. As a result, I left with a quote for over €300 for the same initial problem, which hadn't been fixed. Disgraceful for a Renault garage!
