This garage won't take my vehicle because they don't provide regular maintenance. It's just mind-blowing! We're standing on our heads. So, I can't get my MOT done because only the Peugeot tool can fix my fault, and they don't want to do it. The concept of customer service seems very far away for this garage and/or the secretary.

The receptionist on the phone really made me uncomfortable. There was no real desire to help and no effort to empathize with a customer who's already stressed about getting their car repaired. I know the tech team is highly competent, so I'm sticking with them, but it's a real shame.

Excellent garage; the staff are genuinely available and motivated to resolve issues and discuss them. I highly recommend this garage.

This mechanic worked miracles for my car, which I thought was destined for the scrapyard, in record time and all for a very reasonable price. In addition, he takes the time to explain the services to be performed in a very educational manner, which is very reassuring. You have gained a customer and I therefore highly recommend this garage.

I've been having my car serviced at this garage for five years now. Mr. Blandin explains every problem very clearly and always finds a cost-effective solution. The team is always friendly, and it's always a pleasure to go there, even if there are some expenses involved!
