I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Following a life-changing accident, my vehicle hadn't been driven for 15 months. From the moment I arrived, I received a perfect welcome, with great kindness and professionalism. The entire team was very attentive, which put me at ease right from the start.
I particularly appreciated the clarity of the explanations regarding the repairs needed on my vehicle. Everything was explained to me simply and transparently, without technical jargon, which was very reassuring. I felt well advised, with a genuine desire to support me and not to sell me unnecessary services.
As for improvements, I have nothing particular to mention this time. Everything went very smoothly, and I choose this garage for my vehicle's maintenance. I've been having my annual service at this garage for about 7 years, and I'm always very satisfied with the repairs performed, the price, and the advice given.
They never force any unnecessary repairs.
I go there every time with complete confidence.
And what's more, they repaired my broken rear parcel shelf as a gift, which I'm delighted with :)
