Nothing to say about this garage.
No unnecessary expenses, a significant saving compared to the dealership, they took good care of our vehicle and were very attentive.
For our part, I highly recommend this place.

I went there to have repairs done + technical inspection in March 2024. I dropped off my car on Wednesday and was supposed to pick it up on Friday. I was greeted by a secretary who didn't say a single word to me and just held out her hand to give me my car key. It was supposed to be ready for Friday. On Monday, I called and they told me they hadn't started the car. I wasn't given a single minute's notice and obviously didn't have a car to help me out. So that I could at least go to work. I was just told "to sort it out myself." They were abusive and weren't fair to me, but I tried to understand. I didn't get it back until Thursday of the following week. I had to cancel my business trips. I picked up my car and what a surprise to see that after 5 minutes my indicator stopped working. I called back, we set up an appointment to drop off my car, with confirmation by text message. What a surprise to see an employee closing the business and only having one thing to say to me: "The secretary must have forgotten because there's no one there anymore." I'm sorry, I tried to be tolerant but I can't... I'm changing garages. This garage doesn't respect customers...

Avoid, garage of crooks or incompetents, the choice is yours!
To put it simply, I broke down on the highway and was towed to the nearest Peugeot garage.
A few days later, I received the diagnosis (= fuel error) and the repair estimate (= €8,738.81).
It's strange to break down halfway through a tank of fuel due to a fuel error that I seriously doubt. The expensive estimate for a Prévert-style inventory (in photos) is strange.
Let's skip the time it took to transfer the €48.60 for their diagnosis, as they couldn't get to me.
The tow truck was finally able to take it to a reputable garage.
Result: fuel filter change (= €44.56) + diagnosis and labor. Well done again for wasting your time and money Peugeot NDP Automobiles Neuville-de-Poitou!

GREAT 👍 always greeted with a smile and good humor (it feels great to have a pleasant welcome). When purchasing my vehicle, commitments were made and they were respected (even more). VERY PROFESSIONAL, I recommend this garage 100%, the manager is very professional and he knows his job perfectly. The vehicle is returned clean (it's nice). The team always strives to find a solution to each anomaly. I have nothing but positive things to say about my first experience with this garage (there will be others). The customer service is top notch, notified by phone and SMS. Excellent garage, many should follow the example of true professionals like Peugeot NDP Automobile, THANK YOU.
