First visit in December: change of 4 tires + brake pads + wheel alignment. I picked up the vehicle without the alignment, claiming it required 3D technology to do it on my vehicle. This was completely denied by Nissan and Autovision; they had a good laugh today. Yes, I know I'm being insistent, but I promise this is the last time. At 8:50 AM, I requested a wheel anchor be installed on a trailer wheel. They said I had to leave the wheel all day. Thanks a lot to the tire specialist! So, in the end, ROADY, new management, super friendly and welcoming, got the car fixed right away. Great, thanks for your bad-faith response, but there's no confusion regarding the bill; it's definitely payable at your establishment: 850 euros.

Hello, I do not recommend this establishment: they damaged a Renault Lyria rim for 500 E. I came back 5 minutes after fitting my tires, the guy said to me "you must have hit a sidewalk ...." He became threatening when I asked him to repair his mistake because there was a sharp edge on my rim that was not there before (therefore a danger for me and my family). Luckily, I had taken a photo before going to their place! Then, they came in three, rather threatening to put pressure on me but I need more, I am not that easily impressed! He finally planed my aluminum rim with a file to remove the sharp edge after insisting a lot otherwise I would have been left with my problem! But in a word, real idiots to be polite ... moreover there was anti-puncture spray added to my new tire ... noted by a serious and honest garage! I think that Macif should control its partners! I stick to my position to avoid!

Bad communication........ Google tells me the opening hours for Saturdays...... ERROR you are closed..... especially this day of October 25th.... no answering machine if you call.... we come to see you because the doors are closed... BRAVO
