Wanted to visit the rooftop bar. The employee had a friend over and was more busy talking with him than his job. He said that the garage was closed, which seemed odd as it should be opened 24h. After asking for the rooftop bar he said “no, closed” and we had to leave. I first thought ah maybe they dont want everyone at the rooftop bar but as I saw a reaction to another bad review I learned that he just did not want to do his job. Very sad

If you‘re not french you will be immediately shouted at to get the **** out by some man infront with a hurt ego, if you say you don‘t understand any french they will suddenly say in perfect english they don‘t speak english. I was racially slurred by the men there when I was leaving. I‘m asking the manager to respond with an apology of the guy sitting on his chair at the entry or I will press charges. I have the whole thing recorded. Do not go there or park your car here!

The rudest guy at reception I have ever seen, so angry and upset even though I was polite till end of conversation. Really don’t recommend it
