Our car broke down on the way back to the ferry at Cherbourg at the end of our holidays. The garage prioritised the repair of our vehicle and went to great lengths to get us back on the road so we could get home to Ireland. They were very professional and helpful and the price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Friendly welcome, staff who seemed serious... (but...)
That's what I thought before returning from vacation the day after my service, because my car started smoking!!! I had to go to another garage, which found there was double the amount of oil in the engine, 6 liters instead of 3 liters!!!
Since then, my local garage has issued a complaint about the engine... GREAT for a car that was in perfect condition with few kilometers left. Luckily, I only did 200 km at low speed.
So my vacation was cut short... thank you.
I understand that mistakes happen, but it's painful to be the victim and suffer the consequences.
Garage procedures could probably be more rigorous to avoid this kind of problem.
This garage reimbursed me for the other garage's costs and is making a gesture regarding the service. All that remains is the unknown and the worries in case of possible complications. I can't imagine the procedures (expert, etc.).
And a year later, the engine had to be replaced!!! The car sat in the garage for 3 months!!!

When I broke down during my vacation, several hundred kilometers from home, this garage was perfect, very responsive, and did everything they could to get me out as quickly as possible, while also providing me with a replacement vehicle while the repair was being carried out. I would definitely recommend it.

No willingness to provide urgent repairs possible!! Despite an emergency at 8:00 in the morning (loosening an injector flange), the person I met was absolutely pessimistic and denigrating. Just to tighten a flange, I was told with catastrophism that I would have 2 days of work and an almost condemned engine (C4 Picasso). I waited 30 minutes (late for work... thank you) I crossed the street to the DIY store = 10mm wool spanner and... everything was perfect (thank you internet). Good luck and good luck to the buyer of this establishment.
