A frosty welcome when we came to buy/take delivery of a new vehicle: the vehicle wasn't delivered to the right dealership! We waited an hour for a salesperson to deliver the vehicle by road... I won't even mention the disappointment with the vehicle itself, which ultimately clearly didn't live up to our expectations. The dealership did, however, make a gesture of compensation.
Zero or non-existent after-sales service: The vehicle reported an electrical fault on the dashboard with a RED STOP light... but the workshop couldn't detect anything despite several visits...
Even worse: certainly following this electrical problem, which occurred the same week, it was impossible to open the car... a call to Robert's garage: "He told me he wasn't available, that I just had to call Renault assistance and sort it out myself." SUPER NICE, guys, especially when you need your vehicle for an important appointment!
ZERO RELIABILITY across the board for Renault!
