Very friendly and above all very competent staff. Following a visit to this garage for a problem with engine lights, they agreed to take a look (free of charge) to determine the cause, which allowed me to return from vacation more reassured. Another big thank you to this Citroën dealership.

While on vacation in the region, I had a problem with the tailgate lock.
I went to the garage without an appointment, and a mechanic came to look at the problem (missing nut) and fixed it in 10 minutes.
The owner didn't charge me anything for what he said was so small.
I know the garages of the brand with the lion beginning with an S in the Liège region.
They would have asked for an appointment and charged me.

Catastrophic!! I dropped off my car for an oil change, a low beam replacement and an MOT, not giving me a day or time to pick up the vehicle and working late at night I decided to pick it up the next morning. And to my great surprise the garage was closed!.. a Friday.. a normal opening day. Apparently they decided to take the day off without informing their customers, since in no case did they give me this information. And to top it all off my car in the parking lot unlocked so available to whoever wants to use it! I got the response "otherwise they break the doors". No excuse for closing without informing the customer, a "I don't care" attitude like rarely I have seen in a business. No goodwill gesture. nothing. I lost two days of work because of this story because without a vehicle there was no travel, but as for the rest he absolutely didn't care. In the end, I wasn't able to get my car back until the following Wednesday, seven days later, only for them to tell me they hadn't done the inspection due to lack of time...
I strongly advise against this place!! In any case, it's the last time they'll see me! And I'll pass this message on to as many people as possible.
