A big thank you to the Peugeot Brugier garage in Rodez for their professionalism and availability.
As a breakdown service provider (Garage 2JMOTORS Podensac), I had to pick up a vehicle from them outside of opening hours on a Saturday.
The team was kind enough to wait for me and even helped me load the vehicle.
A true sense of service and solidarity among professionals. I highly recommend this garage.

Absolutely dishonest!
It doesn't even deserve a 1 star.
You only have to see how the receptionist talks about her customers after hanging up the phone to understand her mentality.
Loan car, no inspection upon leaving the vehicle. When it came time to return the vehicle, she hadn't walked around the vehicle before she noticed a dent on the front bumper while standing on the side of the car!
When you tried to dispute it, she became aggressive and offered to look at the cameras BUT changed her mind, saying she didn't have time... Strange, right? €300 to get other people's damage repaired, isn't that a scam?

My car broke down in Rodez, far from home, on a Saturday. My insurance company towed it to this garage, and I decided to have them repair it. I received a quote on Monday, and the repair was successfully completed on Tuesday. The mechanic was very accommodating, clear in his explanations, and found the best price for the replacement part, making the repair much less expensive than at the dealership garage I usually go to. Furthermore, the service was extremely pleasant and friendly.

Great garage, repairs on December 19th for my Fiat 500. Very honest staff, special mention to François and the secretary. Thanks again for their kindness and care. I highly recommend.

Run away!
Unpleasant welcome (contemptuous and rude staff) and non-existent customer service! After breaking down in July 2021, my insurance company had my vehicle towed and returned to this "garage." That's where the trouble began!
A week after picking up my car, the two parts noted on the invoice, which they supposedly replaced, broke... I had to negotiate for them to come and collect my car with a tow truck; without my aplomb and persistence, they would never have come! A disgrace! They also wanted to make me pay again, even though the parts were under warranty (only one week had just passed). Once again, it was my persistence that saved my wallet!
Almost a year to the day after this incident, the same two parts broke again! My insurance company is returning my vehicle to this "garage" again—what a shame! They're doing the same thing again, telling me that the parts are no longer under warranty a year later, which is false, the parts are guaranteed for 2 years (information confirmed by my legal assistance who will send them a registered letter). The reception is still just as contemptuous and unpleasant, they look down on me, they give me totally crazy excuses! They're trying to scam me again! I never trusted this "garage", so I decided to entrust the repairs to a trusted mechanic who will come and collect my vehicle for FREE and who confirmed that they are not the only one to have had problems with this so-called garage... Finally, because like the good crooks and scammers that they are, they ask me to pay diagnostic fees. Obviously they had never told me about it and I didn't sign anything to that effect! They then threaten to hold my car hostage! I decided to pay these fees so I could have my vehicle repaired elsewhere and allow the other garage to come and pick up my car, and above all, never have to deal with them again!!
They're crooks, run away!
