Donald Duck - a month ago
Following the trade-in of my 2019 Berlingo Shine, after switching to a 2024 Aircross C5 Hybrid in September, we unfortunately bought this hybrid car, imported from Germany (I wasn't aware of it), with 7,000 km on the clock. Be careful!
From September 2024 until now (2026), I've had numerous problems: gearbox, fuel leak, hybrid system malfunctions, and currently, the battery is dead and the start button is also faulty.
This car is practically undrivable. I've experienced so many problems in the year I've driven it (only 24,000 km), and it's broken down six times! I definitely don't recommend Garage Bonneton; I'm already disabled!
I'm very disappointed with my trade-in car, which is practically worthless. We bought it for almost €30,000 for nothing; my money's gone. It's a complete waste, and now I only have €15,000 in 2026 to buy another car. Well, I've lost all my comfort with them. My car spent a month at their "professional" garage four times in a year, a garage that's worthless.
Avoid them immediately! I've considered... I'm forced to. The process is underway with the insurance adjuster.

OCTOBER 2025: Once again, a big thank you for your professionalism and warm welcome. This is the fourth car we've purchased from Garage Bonneton. A new used car, a 208, was traded in by the garage for our old car. Voiture d’occasion acheté il y a 1 ans 21 000€ , pour cause professionnel nous avons demandé au service d’occasion de nous l’a reprendre donc une reprise .
La réponse a été faite par message tellement que cette entreprise est irrespectueuse envers ses clients !
La reprise nous a été proposé à 10 000€ !
Donc notre véhicule a perdu 11 000€ en un an ?
J’appelle sa des escrocs !!
Même pas l’honnêteté de rappeler !!
Par contre pour acheter la il y a aucun problème sa décroche toute suite !!

Our sincere thanks to the management, sales manager, and technicians at Garage Bonneton in Saint Clair-sur-Rhône (38) for the engine repair of our Peugeot 508, purchased from this garage under warranty, which was leaking oil. The exemplary and honest attitude of the managers, the remarkable follow-up over several months regarding the problem, the consistently positive reception from the reception staff and workshop managers on every visit, the comprehensive vehicle repair, the loan of a courtesy car for a month, and the exceptional attention paid to us as customers, allow us to say that this garage has exceeded our expectations. Many thanks for their professionalism. They took my car in on Wednesday, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it on Friday (a faulty electronic part). The staff were polite and friendly. I will be back.
