Three bad experiences in three years. The first time, for a timing belt replacement, I left with three other parts replaced, and when you don't know much about cars, you just think, "That's not cool." Then, they offered to buy back the same repaired vehicle for €200 when it was worth over €3,000, so you just think, "I'll go elsewhere." But the last experience, with an engine breakdown and demands to pay €1,000 for a diagnosis and then repairs without knowing how much Renault would cover due to a manufacturing defect, shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer, whose vehicle was immobilized for weeks without any updates before finally getting it repaired elsewhere. In the end, the problem was resolved in two days in Lons. I want to emphasize that the phone calls were completely devoid of empathy and purely sales-oriented. Never commit to repairs here without getting a second opinion or without having at least some basic knowledge.

My vehicle was dropped off broken down, but despite this, I received a quick repair, an accurate diagnosis, and a repair that met the quote.
My only complaint is the lack of a shuttle service from the train station to the garage, a distance of 6 km.
The garage doesn't offer any amenities, and it's impossible to get a taxi—an unbelievable situation. 😱

Always well received. Despite a persistent problem related to a visit to another garage, I was not left behind and everything was done to find the source of the fault.

Très bon accueil lors de ma visite au garage Renault saint Claude, j'ai pu obtenir toutes les informations nécessaires pour mon projet, un soin tout particulier a été apporté lors de l'essai du nouveau Renault Austral full hybrid. Je recommande vivement cette établissement. Personnel très agréable.
