Engine oil error and billing +++
I do not recommend this garage at all. In addition to charging exorbitant prices (€240 for a simple oil change), they made a mistake regarding the engine oil to be used.
When I realized this the next day, I called the garage to report it, and they told me that the oil was fine, even though it was not suitable for my vehicle. After insisting and returning it to the garage with proof of the correct oil, they changed it without an apology, but rather by making me feel like the problem was due to my complaint!
Today, I'm fed up with having to check everything and not even being able to trust them anymore.
This mistake could have cost me much more...

Avoid this place; their practice is questionable.
I made an appointment to drop off my Peugeot van (malfunction indicator light + oil leak) with a clear request for a quote before any work was done. After two days without any updates, I called reception: they confirmed that a quote would be provided. Two days later, the mechanic finally informed me that he wouldn't provide a quote unless I committed to having the repairs done there… without even telling me the price!
I decided to pick up the vehicle and discovered a bill for over €100 (including €30 for a "leak check"), even though no repairs had been carried out and I wasn't given any technical explanation or diagnosis. When I refused to pay this amount, the bill magically dropped to half the original price. I still feel ripped off.
For your information, this is the first time I've ever left a negative review...

A big thank you to the professionals at Garage Billion. I had a broken tire that was repaired on Saturday morning without any problems, efficiently and courteously, and without trying to sell me new tires.

Unhelpful: I had a bent rim. The owner told me I'd have to order the part because she didn't have any spares on hand. When I asked her to inflate my spare tire, she pointed to the air pump and told me it was free.

Technical problem during our vacation. Impossible to leave because one of the attachments of our roof box is broken.... The mechanic, who is also a bodywork specialist, welded a hook to the roof of our vehicle and also replaced the other 3 as a safety measure. We left the next day, all for a very reasonable price! Thank you!
