A while ago I would have also put excellent in notification but my last experience disappoints me! Vehicle brought for a service knowing that it must pass the technical inspection. During the service, we call my mother, owner of the vehicle deposited to tell her that the brake pads are dead so we change them that the tires are dead and that therefore we change them too. As a result, the vehicle will not be returned until the next day instead of the same day. And then what bothers me the most is that we allow ourselves to change the rear wiper and fill the window washer! I think that you should have first asked his opinion on the wiper and the window washer fluid and informed him about the pads and tires. But the holidays are approaching so more than 800€ is better than 200€ announced! I was planning to have my vehicle serviced with you like last year but no!
