First service: oil level too high, their response was no big deal.
They replaced my oil pressure sensor because it started leaking, and they didn't top up the oil level.
Second oil change: I specifically asked them to be careful with the oil level, and I checked it myself when I picked up my car. It was at least 3 cm above the maximum mark.
Their response: the mechanic checked it, but it should take time for the oil to settle, and everyone's in a hurry, but not me. I left my car all day for the oil change. As a result, they topped it up, wasting even more time.
After three repairs on my car, I will never go back to that garage.

I have been going to this garage for 5 years. I am always well received and the staff is very competent and friendly. The price/quality ratio is excellent. They do not force us to do repairs beyond the quote, but they only advise. They lend us a free courtesy vehicle, and not all garages do this for free, and many do not lend a replacement vehicle. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend it.
