I received the vehicle back after the repairs. The starter and battery were replaced, and the vehicle is drivable.
However, since its return, several electronic malfunctions have appeared successively (brake lights, power windows, radio not working, etc.). These issues are documented and are the subject of claims with the insurance company and an ongoing expert assessment.
I am updating this review to reflect the actual evolution of the situation.

I went to Collin Pneu for my brakes, as they needed to be changed urgently. The service was extremely quick and professional, and the parts were ordered immediately by the receptionist. A big thank you to the receptionist for organizing and making the process quick and stress-free. The service was excellent. The staff is friendly and thorough. I will definitely come back for any problems. I highly recommend them.

Since I can't leave a second review with my main account, I'm writing this one. Excellent customer service, nothing to complain about. Perfect, helpful customer service. Very affordable prices. I highly recommend Colin Pneu for both tires and mechanical work. I go there with my eyes closed now.
