Car taken in due to my emergency situation. I wasn't a customer and had never been there before. They lent me a car for work, and mine was finished the same day.

Very pleasant welcome. They found an immediate solution to my AdBlue warning light problem.
A loaner car was offered immediately, with no strings attached, and the problem was resolved within a day.
