5 stars well deserved, let me explain... If you have a problem with your car, they do everything to help you out. Whether you break down on the roadside or at home, they arrange to come the same day, even on several occasions. Whenever I was in a bind, they were always there within half an hour. A thousand thanks, Christophe!
The receptionist at the dealership is polite and welcoming, and the mechanic is the same. It's a pleasure to see that respect and politeness are the norm.
The labor costs are very reasonable compared to other dealerships that charge double. I won't name names, but for my friend, I had to pay 700 euros at Renault Saint Pierre sur Dives. At another dealership not far away, it was 1100 euros. So, without hesitation, I went straight to Renault Saint Pierre.
And to top it all off, they made payment easy because I didn't have much money, and they trusted me just as I trusted them—mutual trust.
