A terrible experience. An extremely long wait to identify the source of the problem, with the vehicle immobilized for several weeks (the transmission was replaced twice when it was simply a bearing issue).
Furthermore, I had mentioned during the initial service call that my air conditioning compressor seemed to be faulty and had therefore requested a parallel diagnostic check for warranty coverage in case of a confirmed problem. I was assured that a simple recharge would suffice as everything seemed fine. An appointment was made for this recharge, the vehicle was dropped off… and then I was informed that they didn't have the correct refrigerant (more wasted time).
So I went to the dealership in Le Havre after making an appointment for the same service, and they told me that the compressor was indeed faulty and that the recharge therefore couldn't be performed (what a surprise!).
I then asked the Yvetot garage for coverage, which was refused on the pretext that I had never reported the problem during the warranty period—FALSE. I also requested the repair orders from my dozens (perhaps hundreds) of visits there, but they never provided me with any document mentioning my report concerning the air conditioning (the manager who handled my vehicle is now retired...). On all the repair orders, there was no document, even though this document is mandatory, I believe...
In short, a garage I absolutely do not recommend. It's a shame, because it represents the brand's flagship location.

The service is excellent. I always judge a dealership by its after-sales service management, which is far more nuanced than the sales process, and especially by its professionalism, transparency, and honesty. This is precisely what Antoine and his team offer; I will therefore remain a loyal customer of this garage and recommend it without hesitation.

This is already my second new vehicle purchased from Mickaël, and it's no coincidence that I traveled across France to deal exclusively with him!
He's a remarkably competent, highly professional salesperson who knows his vehicles inside and out. He knows how to explain things clearly, responds patiently (even after numerous requests 😉), and is always available and attentive.
Communication is simple, fluid, and pleasant, which makes the experience even more positive. As you can see, we're close to perfection (because perfection doesn't really exist!).
