They really don't care about us.
I've already waited an hour for someone to answer the phone. I asked if they'd received the car for repair (Peugeot was supposed to call as soon as they got the vehicle). With the contracts, there should be a loaner car, but the secretary's response was, "You have to wait 15 days to get it to the workshop, and well, we don't have any more in stock to lend out, you'll have to figure it out yourself," and then hung up on me. Great when you have to go to work. We have contracts and they just tell us to get lost. I'm going to rent a car and send them the bill.

I would like to express my complete satisfaction with this dealership, which I find excellent, as are its staff. I highly recommend meeting with sales consultant Jordan Nazet, who demonstrated great professionalism and remarkable responsiveness in preparing and assembling the paperwork for my car. The entire process was carried out very quickly thanks to his intervention. Upon my arrival at the dealership, he greeted me, answered all my questions, and offered me a coffee, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. I give him five stars, as he richly deserves them.

A superb experience and excellent rapport with the sales team, unlike the manager's attitude… I unfortunately won't be returning to this dealership due to his behavior. Nevertheless, I recommend the sales staff who demonstrated professionalism and empathy regarding my request.

The experience could have been better… The manager was very unpleasant, both in his manner of speaking and his attitude. Luckily, Mr. Topal was there: professional, reassuring, truly excellent, and he gave me great advice on a 3008 GT.
