I'm extremely satisfied with the service from this garage. My alternator failed, and one of the mechanics checked my car as soon as he had a spare moment, as soon as I saw the warning light on the dashboard (it's not easy to just show up at the garage without an appointment). The price of the replacement was more than reasonable, as I paid less than I expected. I really don't regret it and I highly recommend them 👍👍 very professional.

Following a battery failure, I contacted the Savenay garage, which received us immediately. As soon as we arrived, our vehicle was taken care of, the diagnosis was carried out, and I was offered the choice between two brands of battery for the replacement of my vehicle's battery. Everything was done very quickly and very professionally. 45 minutes after our arrival, we were back on the road! ADA Savenay, rental car arranged by my insurance following a tow, arrived at 11:30 am, only to be told "the guy isn't here"—meaning the person responsible for giving us the car. The mechanic left, mocked us, and told us to wait until 2 pm for him to return, even though they had been assigned by my insurance company since 9:30 am. A very unpleasant person. Avoid them at all costs! A taxi took me home, and I didn't rent a car and have asked my insurance company to stop doing business with them. It's shameful to treat customers like that.

Excellent, very efficient. A breakdown and the need for roadside assistance brought my car to this garage. Everything went very smoothly! I recommend it.

I don't understand all these negative reviews. I have my vehicle serviced at this garage. The staff is pleasant, polite, and attentive. They do their job properly with very reasonable prices. I recommend it!!!
