No hesitation needed, even though I live two and a half hours from this Renault dealership.
I was looking for a used Duster, and after visiting several Renault dealerships, I found the vehicles damaged and unprepared—what a disappointment! My search led me to Savigné, and after a phone call with the manager of this dealership, I found the conversation very positive. So I went to see the vehicle in question, and there it was: a five-year-old car in remarkable condition.
I didn't hesitate to buy it.
Two weeks later, I picked it up, and I'm delighted with the vehicle and the professionalism of this agent. Some dealerships should definitely consider these much more reliable professionals.

Automotive excellence exists, yes, I was called this morning about an AdBlue problem on my Kadjar (before it was blocked). They were attentive, gave advice, and were kind, and finally got my vehicle picked up urgently, guaranteed to have it back by the end of the day. I take my hat off to the entire team, from the mechanic to the workshop manager, including the secretaries and administrators. Well done, keep it up, you're a credit to the profession (My father was a workshop manager at a Renault garage).
I highly recommend them for their reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism.

A very professional garage. On our way to our holiday destination, we had an engine warning light issue. We stopped to have our vehicle (a non-Renault) checked. They were very professional; they immediately understood the problem and told us not to worry, that everything would return to normal as it was due to the heat and the distance we had traveled. And that turned out to be true! The next day, everything was back to normal. Thank you for your professionalism and for not trying to sell us something unnecessarily.
