This place doesn't deserve any stars or even the name "garage."
Whatever you do, don't ask your assistant to leave your vehicle at this so-called garage 😤 or even to stop there. The service is appalling and dishonest.
As for roadside assistance, they need to improve; they should do an internship with a real mechanic. They keep the original registration document without bothering to make a copy, load the car onto the truck without chocking it or using straps, and don't take any photos of the vehicle. They refuse to take my vehicle to a competent garage and even have the nerve to tell my roadside assistance that I'm not being honest—the world's gone mad!
They refuse to repair my vehicle even though there are only two other cars in the parking lot, lol 😂. Renault in Seurre will give you a better welcome and better service.

A garage called in at night by my insurance company to help me out.
The driver refused to drive 10 km to pull my car out, even though it was stuck in a small ditch.
I'm 63 years old, a responsible person, it's a disgrace!! The police arrived hours later...

Excellent service on a Sunday evening, very quick. However, the cost of the fuel tank was exorbitant. There were also some scratches on the paintwork, which wasn't great either. In short, I had to use this garage through my insurance assistance; I certainly won't be going back...
