Garage can be okay, but getting petrol ⛽️ is not okay. Dirty, no paper and a lack of stickers, for instance E10, so a bit confusing 🫤.

I've been to this garage twice in less than a month, and I really want to thank them publicly. Their kindness, professionalism, and honesty are simply exemplary.
The first time, my car turned out to have no problem at all: they ran a diagnostic and didn't charge me anything since they found nothing. That alone is rare.
The second time, they lent me a car, identified a problem with the timing belt installation done by another garage, and even took the time to explain the issues themselves to the garage responsible. And again, no charge, with an extremely fair and honest approach to the situation.
Honestly, this kindness and ethical approach are becoming all too rare.
I'll go back without hesitation and recommend them to anyone without the slightest doubt.
Special mention to the receptionist, whose kindness and welcoming manner were absolutely remarkable.
A huge thank you again to the whole team.

RUN AWAY.
I came in for the first time because of a loud noise coming from my fan when my car cuts out. It appeared to be defective and burnt out, so they replaced it and the fan housing for €170.
Barely 2 days later, the exact same noise continued or even got worse. I went back to the garage to explain that the problem had absolutely not been fixed (one wonders if they had tested the car before returning it to me).
I was told that it was another problem that hadn't been noticed during the first repair: the thermostat housing (why not, but did my fan really need to be replaced in the first place in that case???).
After 5 days with no news and my departure from Soulac postponed for this reason, I paid €180 again (which I mentioned over the phone as €85 in the quote) with the wonderful news that my head gasket was probably damaged. I was simply making a round trip to Le Verdon (20 minutes round trip) when all my warning lights came on, warning me of engine overheating.
Luckily, I was right next to the garage, so I went back to see them, only to be told that it was FINALLY the head gasket.
I didn't get the repairs done because of the age of my car, and I found myself without a vehicle, €350 less for pointless repairs, and having to manage the disposal remotely.
The only positive point I would like to highlight: the kindness, assistance, and professionalism of the secretary, who was a great help to me in my time of need.

I contacted this garage about a flat tire on my car.
They told me to come by the same day so they could take care of it.
The service was fast and friendly, despite the busy August crowd.
The repair was completed in 30 minutes, all for a very reasonable price.
I recommend this garage for its customer service.

Excellent service! We drove past the caravan on Friday afternoon with a flat tire and received prompt and very friendly assistance. Very flexible and reasonably priced at €20 for changing the rim.
