Following a rear tire puncture on a motorcycle that couldn't be repaired with a repair kit, the repairs requested by IMA were swift. The repairman was very professional and friendly. He drove us to St Flour during the lunch hour and called the St Flour motorcycle garage (Mallet) to arrange a pick-up as quickly as possible. Arriving at 12:30 p.m., the motorcycle was quickly put on the lift, and the tire change was completed during lunchtime. Congratulations to everyone. You can go ahead with your eyes closed.

Stranded one Sunday in August with my children and dog, I was rescued from my predicament by this garage/breakdown service. Everything became much easier immediately. Kindness, helpfulness, and efficiency... thank you again!

A big thank you to the Viadene garage, which took care of us after an accident at our vacation spot, even though our vehicle was towed to another garage, a partner of our insurer.
They were a great help.
I can't rate their service, but I can tell you that they are very welcoming and have big hearts.

I am Parisian and very sad that he is not from the Paris region to be able to enjoy it a little more, impossible to find such service in the area so I take advantage of it every time I go to see the in-laws. The service is incredible, at the reception as well as at the garage. The work is neat and better than in a large garage. I recommend with my eyes closed.

They helped me perfectly with my car breakdown. They were very helpful and took the worry out of it. I don't speak French, but Agnes and the mechanic spoke excellent English, which helped us sort things out. Highly recommended, excellent service.
