Following an AdBlue tank failure on my C5, I found this garage. The repair cost €1300, which is normal and within the price range. Then I had a heating problem; it cost €366 to replace the resistor, and that's when things started to get expensive. A year later, the same thing happened again; the heating stopped working. I went back, and this time, they wouldn't cover it under warranty. They then assessed the problem, estimating it at €2000 or €3000 (BSI, ECU). I was worried and gave them my contact information for a possible appointment. I waited three weeks, and nothing happened. So, I took my car to an auto electrician. The repair cost €72; it was simply a connection problem. It's impossible to contact them by email (they have a fake email address online), and their phone line just goes to voicemail, which is very frustrating. I sent them my complaint by mail and received no response, so I'm posting this review to give pause to anyone looking for a Citroën garage in Alès.

I came to purchase a Golf 7 after having my vehicle traded in, and I am completely satisfied.
The salesperson at the lot was very courteous and pleasant!
Three days later, my vehicle was ready (washed, serviced, and MOT performed).
The car even had the timing belt and water pump replaced at my request, even though the brand recommends doing this 50,000 km later.
But the garage listened to my request and carried it out immediately; I've rarely seen that.
Finally, the person who met me to finalize the delivery of my vehicle was very efficient and friendly! There was no paperwork to deal with, which was a huge burden to take away.
Thank you for your professionalism, which has become very rare these days.

One star, and even that's generous.
We entrusted our car to this Citroën garage in Saint-Christol over four weeks ago for an ABS unit repair. Since then, we haven't heard a word from them. My partner had to go there and call several times to get any information, as no one ever called us to let us know about any delays. We left our contact information with the owner several times so he could call us back: he never did.
After four weeks, we asked for a loaner car because family was coming to visit. They lent us one… in an absolutely appalling state: dust, ash, cigarette butts, no radio button, broken lock, no windshield washer fluid, and even footprints on the headliner.
And let's be clear: we're not precious people, and our own car is far from perfect. But at least it's our own mess, not someone else's. This is just a complete lack of respect.
I've attached some photos. It's a shame you can't enjoy the pleasant aroma of stale tobacco wafting through the car...
Honestly, avoid this garage at all costs. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble...
I can't comment on the mechanics' competence since I still don't have my car... Maybe someday...

Incompetent at selling used vehicles. I do not recommend this garage.
The vehicle is not running, and no service history was provided. I asked if the timing belt had been changed; the response was "normally yes at this mileage," which is neither a clear nor a professional answer.
