I needed to fix some scratch problems on my Mercedes CLK and was recommended Garage Monnet. I must say I am truly satisfied. The welcome is warm and the excellent advice is geared towards optimizing the work to be done and not intended to inflate the bill. The result exceeded my expectations and they even carried out additional work without charging me. 100% recommended!

I took my Renault Scénic to this garage for a brake hose replacement. The invoice charged €199, and the invoice mentioned a brake fluid bleed.
A month later, I noticed that the brake fluid hadn't actually been bled, even though the garage insisted otherwise.
I consider this to be an overcharge for a service that wasn't performed.
No acknowledgement of the error despite my complaint.
Questionable practice.
Lack of professionalism and transparency; I strongly advise against this garage.

Avoid this garage if your vehicle is under warranty. My turbo failed on the way back from vacation, and my car was taken to this garage, but they refused to touch it because it was too complicated due to the warranty procedure. So, my car was transferred to the dealership in Niort, where it was finally repaired. I strongly advise against this garage. Go directly to the dealership in Niort.
