I visited this Renault garage and the experience was disastrous. There was no signage at the entrance: no signs, no direction signs. Thinking I was entering the reception area, I went through a door... which actually led to an apartment. The mechanic then came out furious, speaking to me in an aggressive tone, without any explanation or respect. This was unacceptable behavior towards a customer, especially since the error was due to a complete lack of signage. Zero sense of hospitality, zero professionalism. This was my first and last visit.

I wouldn't give zero stars, but I have to give ONE to get this published. 😡😡😡AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 😡😡😡 This garage creates problems to add extra services. They don't finish the repairs and then claim there's something else wrong. I contacted my legal protection insurance, which sent an expert to another Renault garage. The expert diagnosed that the repairs I paid for from Mr. Sorlon weren't done properly. Mr. Sorlon is no stranger to incompetence. He makes us feel like we're lying about the problem he himself created. He doesn't show up for appointments, doesn't answer messages, so he doesn't commit to anything. Meanwhile, no car, insurance paid for nothing, and anxiety every day. Given the price of used cars, buying another vehicle is out of the question. Think twice before going to him! He has other garages finish the repairs. Furthermore, starting legal proceedings for a small bill would take a long time. Mr. Sorlon knows how this works, because it's not worth the emotional toll it takes for the customer! But if his scheme works, the customer trusts him and pays for another service unrelated to the initial breakdown, and jackpot!

Fantastic garage! The owner was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. He showed me everything about my new car – truly perfect, nothing to complain about or improve. As for the salesperson when I ordered the vehicle, I have only one thing to say: he was also perfect. He listened attentively and gave excellent advice. I will confidently and happily return to this garage for my next car in four years. And naturally, they will be the ones to service my vehicle. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Sorlon Garage to have my car repaired after an accident. They took care of everything immediately, handling all the paperwork with the insurance company and the assessor – perfect. The repairs were carried out quickly. Since then, I've also entrusted them with my car for routine maintenance: air conditioning and oil changes. I highly recommend this garage.
