Arrived at the garage with a flat tire (I called beforehand to see if it was possible to drop off the vehicle in the afternoon, but they said yes, only to call me back later, only to tell me it wouldn't be until the next day).
Anyway, I picked up my car with the tire changed, and they told me there was a second invoice for the engine oil, which was apparently dry (it had been serviced 4 months ago). I would have liked to have at least been warned by phone beforehand... I would have bought a can of oil myself.

Completely unhelpful. I went to the garage for a slow leak in a tire. They asked me to remove the wheel myself in the parking lot. Only to tell me 15 minutes later that the tire wasn't repairable and couldn't be replaced at that garage. Finally, they left me to put the wheel back on, again without any help. An hour spent there, removing and reinstalling the tire, and ultimately no solution to my problem.

The experience begins with the reception, which is deplorable. The person at the counter, extremely unfriendly, didn't seem interested in the problem I described with my car. I was told there would be a one-month wait before they could take my car in, which I understand, but my problem is urgent, so I declined the offer, hoping to find a better solution elsewhere.
I received the first smile from the receptionist when they handed me my paperwork. Was it relief? Or a sarcastic smile? Look elsewhere; other garages are more willing to welcome you and offer solutions.

The car wash's air blower lifted my hood and cracked my windshield. The manager told me he would check with his insurance company to see if I needed to file a claim or report, and that he would call me back that day. He didn't call back, and when I took the initiative to call him the next day, he told me he wouldn't do anything with his insurance company and that I would have to sort it out myself and pay for the windshield replacement myself... Dishonest business. Avoid this garage at all costs...
