Being from the Paris region, I stopped because of a flat tire. When I approached the workshop, I saw three people working. I waved, but they didn't even glance at me or say hello—it's appalling! Going to the reception, I noticed it had been closed for an hour. My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that the employees didn't even come to tell me it was closed or see what the problem was, which is disrespectful. People say that in the Paris region, people aren't helpful, and apparently, we're not the only ones.
I do not recommend this garage.

I initially went in because of a loss of power and the engine warning light, which had gone off before I arrived. They still checked the cause, gave me a clear and precise explanation of the problem, and agreed to do my oil change despite being very busy in August. A fantastic team! Thank you to them.
