They seem to sell second hand cars..... Torcy is 30 miles on a route out of Dieppe. as motorcyclists we got off the early ferry 4am. There is a bar that opens at 5am opposite torcy automobiles.

Many thanks to Marie for handling a contentious case with Renault. The manufacturer didn't want to take into account the after-sales service of a rear seat mechanism and asked me for the sum of €4,000 to replace it, a disgrace! She managed to get me out of this big mess.

Very warm welcome despite the circumstances of the moment. Torrential rains flooded part of the garage. Despite this, we dropped by unexpectedly because a puncture warning light had just come on in the dashboard. A mechanic immediately came out with an inflator to top up the tire and told us that there was a puncture > Repaired immediately in less than 2 minutes and tightened the wheels with a torque wrench (this is becoming rare these days). The invoice was reasonable. Thanks again for everything.

Duster brought in for a turbo problem, after 3 weeks at the garage looking for the fault and asking for returns we decide to take the car back which still doesn't work with a bill of more than 400 euros and a turbo to change (the manager tells us that it now works better on the flat, a real joke). We choose another garage, the turbo is changed according to the diagnosis previously carried out. The car still doesn't work, the new mechanic takes 5 minutes to find the problem a piece of detached gasket which was blocking a pipe. It cost us 2000 euros for nothing. Never again!
