Me and my boyfriend traveled all the way from Norway to Bourbon-Lancy with our car - Volkswagen Golf. Unfortunately while driving in France we got many different warning signs and we had to fix it. We had called (or my friend who speak French did) all possible garages to get help. Nobody could help us and we almost lost hope. Then lovely people from Volkswagen in Moulin said they will not only run diagnostic but also fix the car. Thank you so much! For kindness, for quick service and making it possible for us to get back home. We are on the road now, got 900km to go and the car feels smooth and safe thanks to you! They have also filled up the washer fluid, which was super nice! It was such a relief to start the car and not see any blinking warning signs! Thank you again!

Not sure jet , first time there , people are friendly . Now waiting to see what kind of service they provide and how good they follow up Little bit disappointed by the sales person , don't do much effort to sale a car or give you the opportunity to yest drive a car , so yes that's a shame

Hello, I'm writing this review following my parents' impulse purchase of a 2019 Polo Carat 1.0L 115hp with 47,897 km and a used car warranty. On the order form, I noticed slight wear on the front tires, which I pointed out to the salesperson, but received no further response. On the day of delivery, October 3rd, 2025, in heavy rain, the front windshield wipers were extremely noisy. After more regular use, I noticed several other noises: - Noise when braking. - Noise when operating the clutch pedal. Due to a medical appointment, I took the opportunity to go to Suma to buy new wiper blades. I also mentioned the noises to the salesperson, who said he would speak directly with the service department and that an appointment needed to be made. This was on October 10th, 2025. I went home and made an appointment two days later for October 20th, 2025, which was rescheduled for October 27th, 2025. On the day of the appointment, due to the noises, I was told that the car had been cleaned and that the clutch was faulty. They diagnosed a complete clutch mechanism, including the release bearing. After the mechanic's test drive, the noise was supposedly gone. The customer service representative told me they would call me back to let me know what was happening. I left with the vehicle, and to my surprise, the noise was still there. So I checked the vehicle myself and gave it a more thorough test drive. The rear brake pads were practically worn out, and the front and rear discs had rust marks embedded in the pads. That's where the noise was coming from. I also noticed a noise while driving; the car was extremely noisy at both low and high speeds, even with the radio at full volume. I checked the tires, and the front tires are the original ones from 2019, while the rear tires are from 2020 with some wear on the front. So yes, I may seem picky, but I believe that when you spend €18,000 on a car bought from a dealership, it should be in perfect condition. Granted, it's a used car, but that doesn't change anything. I'm leaving this comment because it's been a month since my visit and I still haven't heard anything. I'm attaching photos to show the situation. I also sent emails on November 22nd and December 4th, 2025, without receiving any replies. I hope that between my emails and this comment, you'll deign to respond. I await your reply. Mr. Guenin
