A garage to absolutely avoid
If you're looking for incompetence and lies, you've come to the right place. My car has been with them since August, and it's been a complete nightmare ever since. They constantly postpone the repair date without any valid explanation, and for a month and a half now they've been stringing me along, promising deadlines they never meet.
Their lack of professionalism is blatant: no organization, no clear communication, and above all, no respect for their customers. This garage doesn't even deserve one star. They are liars, amateurs, and incompetent—good for nothing! I absolutely do not recommend them; go somewhere else if you want to avoid problems. A disgrace, a garage that deserves to be shut down.

I dropped in without an appointment with a problem with the radio in my Captur, and they fixed it immediately. A truly excellent team and remarkably kind. Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend this Renault dealership 👍

I went to view a vehicle on May 28, 2021.
Having driven 180 km and after viewing the vehicle, I decided to think about it and returned 10 minutes later to make a very reasonable offer (with no price change, simply requiring the vehicle to be connected to the case).
The pseudo-salesperson handling the sale didn't even take the time to return the call, and the secretary curtly informed me that I would be kept informed shortly.
The following week, I called the garage again, but they didn't respond. The unpleasant secretary informed me that I would be called back... of course, I never received a call back. Faced with this disrespect, I decided to contact the owner, but the secretary refused!
360 km for nothing, for a vehicle costing over €30,000.
In short, a veritable team of useless, rude, and totally incompetent people who would be more interested in selling beach bums than real vehicles. The previous comments don't surprise me.
I strongly advise against it!

Garage to avoid, never leave your vehicle for anything, I had a very bad experience following a shock to my vehicle, I asked the son how much it would cost me, he gave me a price and a date for the repairs, in the end my vehicle remained for a year without anything being done to it despite several visits on my part, impossible to see the vehicle in order to see the progress of the work, each time I am lied to by saying that they have a lot of work always different versions on several occasions I wanted to recover my vehicle and impossible they sent me for a walk !!!! and recently I was able to recover it and strictly nothing was done, a garage of liars and no apology from them, shameful !!!

Avoid.
We bought a vehicle for €10,000 that wasn't even cleaned for sale.
They told us they would deliver to our homes, and strangely, that was no longer possible once we gave the deposit check to reserve the car.
We asked for a paid invoice, and we're still waiting for it 10 days later, after calling them every day and sending emails.
"My sister's taking care of it, she'll do it tomorrow," "I don't have time," "I'm working on a big file," "I'll do it for you tomorrow." "It took you three weeks to buy the car from us, you can wait a month for your paperwork."
In short, you get the idea: a real slap in the face and an incredible lack of seriousness and professionalism. All this because it took us a month to raise the funds (partly because we had to wait a week for the paperwork) and to purchase the car we had reserved with a deposit check.
Edit: After this notice, the garage called us very quickly (but still no time to get this paperwork done in 10 days?) accusing us of defamation and therefore refusing to issue us the paid invoice.
I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this garage.
Otherwise, good luck to you; it's an experience requiring patience.
